This was my first time buying a home and Jack's guidance and advice was invaluable. He got me in to see what would become my new home the first day it came on the market, made the perfect recommendation on what to bid, got me set up with a great attorney who was definitely worth the expense, and helped me through all the rest of the process including answering all my beginner questions. It was a pleasure working with him and I'll definitely be returning to him for any future real estate business.

As someone who is in business and doesn’t like to play games, Jack has provided me with an absolutely amazing experience. It is SO hard to find a realtor who doesn’t SELL you, but SHOW you what’s available and then simply helps you accomplish what you’re after. What a refreshing experience to be taken care of the way I was in the purchase of my first home by Jack Quigley. I will have no one else help in my real estate journey but him. No pitches, no gimmicks, no BS!

Buying a house is stressful... not with jack. Jack Quigley was so patient and made sure my wife and I got the house we wanted. He was there every step of the way. Jack went above and beyond what other realtors will do to make sure we got to closing as smooth as possible. Jack is very bright and was always there when we had a question. We had a quality experience and would never sell or buy a house again without jack.

Jack is awesome!! We’re new to the area and had no idea of where to live. Jack was such a huge help finding what we wanted on our budget and in a good area. He even helped us find contractors. He had a lot of patience in dealing with us, our lender, and the nightmare of a title company. Jack is the realtor to go to for buying/selling a home.

Buying a house is a very daunting thing do, and Jack was incredibly helpful in making the processes painless! He really knows his stuff about the local market and responded quickly to any of my issues during the buying process. During my purchase, the seller was being misleading about having a lien on the property. Jack work tirelessly with the seller to make sure that this issue was fully addressed before the purchase. If you are looking for a no BS realtor, then Jack is absolutely your man for the job! I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the central/south NJ area.

Jack is a remarkable agent and did an outstanding job with the purchase of me and my husbands first home. He was always sending us listings that were in our price range and exactly what we were looking for. He listened and cared about what was important to us. Jack is hands down the best! As a first time home buyer I didn’t know much about the process and he helped me so much along the way.
